Russ' parents and brother arrived Friday evening to spend the 4th of July weekend in Los Alamos with us.
As soon as Thomas walked in the door and sat down on our couch, the dogs were all over him. They'd missed him so very much! :)
After dinner, we went to the weekly Friday night concert. This week it was on the Pajarito Ski hill, which had an awesome incline in order to look down at the band,
Russ plans on spending many weekends here throughout the winter skiing and I may even take a beginner class or two and try skiing for the very first time (with a helmet, of course).
Russ and Thomas hiked a ways up the hill and captured this picture of the scenery as night was falling. Just beautiful!
