Vacation favorites - family

Here are some of my mom's pictures from vacation that prove that I was really there with my family. :)

Kids with Mickey and Minnie.

Love.

More love.

Riding the Jungle Cruise at Magic Kingdon

Olivia got to wear the 3-D glasses before the Monster's Inc. show at Disney.

Mwah!

Becca rode the Dr. Suess Carousel at Universal

My forever love! Russ wore his Captain America shirt to Universal because that's where he bought it when we were on our honeymoon.

You can't tell, but we're standing in front of Mr. Potato Head at the awesome Toy Story ride at Disney Hollywood Studios. Definitely my favorite ride!
More pictures to come.

26 Weeks

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along: 26 weeks Sunday

Baby size: She's about the size of an English hothouse cucumber. (Say what? I'm not sure that's the kind of cucumber my parents grow in their garden. I don't think I'm familiar with how big it is.)

Maternity Clothes: For sure. I wore maternity shirts for the very first time last week and I love them! Especially the ruched one in this week's picture, it's awesome. :)

Gender: Female, Olivia Michele Bainbridge.

Movement: She's a regular old wiggle worm.

Cravings: Not really.

Symptoms: Acid reflux, some Braxton Hicks contractions and a fairly constant need to pee....

Easter Basket for Olivia

Look at the picture my Mom texted me.

My nana purchased Olivia an Easter basket and my mom said she would fill it. Of course, I'm going to have to eat Olivia's candy this year and, probably, next. :)

Vacation favorites - Magic Kingdom

Yes, this prego lady did some of the rides at Disney World, but only the ones that I was allowed to ride. :) Which was fine by me because, for the most part, I'm not the hugest fan of roller coasters and definitely not an adrenaline junkie.

The Haunted Mansion has always been one of my favorite rides. I know some people may think it's hokey but I love it!

AND, I think all the jokes, such as these, are funny.

My new favorite ride involved these two timeless characters.

This is proof that I didn't go to the vacation by myself. :) (Probably one of 5 pictures that includes my family members...)

This ride was wonderful! It took you through the world of Pooh Bear and his friends. I enjoyed it so much that I (completely seriously and not really thinking of what this sounded like) said everyone needed more "Pooh appreciation." Oops. :)

While standing in line, we got to play with these screens that looked like honey was flowing over them. You could rub your hand over them and reveal images of the characters beneath. It was tons of fun!

Life Images

Here are some random pictures from the last week or so. I'm trying to get organized enough to put together some vacation posts but I, for the most part, only took pictures of the park and the rides not  my family.. which kinda makes it look like I went on vacation by myself. I'm working to get some pictures from my mom's or sister's cameras to prove that I was with other people. :)

Roxy intrigued by the Dug doll that we bought at Disney World (he talks).  The salesman at the store thought he was Bolt or Pluto....fail, he's from "UP."We had to buy this doll because Roxy is Dug.

Sleepy puppies relaxing on a Saturday morning.

Pink tulips my mother-in-law left for me at the house when we got back from Orlando. (She stayed at our house and watched our dogs while Russ' brother and his friends were skiing nearby for spring break.)

My belly. You can't really tell in this picture but just minutes before I was really lopsided. Olivia and I had to have a chat about symmetry and how our bodies are symmetrical and she was throwing off my aesthetic by leaning real hard on the right side. :)

23 Weeks

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along: 23 weeks this past Sunday

Baby size: She's about the size of a mango, which Russ can't eat (and the reason why we don't go to smoothie shops) because of its relation to tree nuts which he's very allergic to. Oh, the irony. :)

Maternity Clothes: Mostly just maternity pants and my normal shirts.

Gender: Female, Olivia Michele Bainbridge.

Movement: All the time.

Cravings: Food, nothing too specific. :)

Symptoms: Acid reflux and some lower back pain.

A Dog's Life

We rarely buy our dogs expensive toys because they like to play with empty water bottle and cardboard boxes, but we do buy a Kong toy that takes Roxy the longest to destroy. :)

Russ likes to throw her toy and she runs to go retrieve it, but the other day she couldn't find it.....

Russ had accidentally thrown it right into one of his boots, oops. She was very relieved when I pulled it out and gave it back to her. :)

The stress of losing a toy can wear a girl out.

During this whole event, Pirate stayed up on the couch because he knows that Roxy gets really excited when she's playing with her toy and has a tendency to run him over. Smart boy.

Daisies!

My dear friend Holly sent Olivia (and Russ and me) gerbera daisies last week.

So beautiful and happy! I love them and I love Holly!
